4 - tbs of peanut butter
4 - tbs of hazelnut butter
1 - tbs of coconut oil
1 - scoop of perfect keto mct oil powder
1 - cup of frozen organic blueberries
2 toppings - - tbs of sliced organic strawberries, 1tbs of chia seeds, 1 - tbs of organic dark chocolate chips, 1 - tbs of unswee
1Add wet ingredients to blender
2Next, add all dry ingredients and blend until smooth
3Add any toppings of choice
