Spirulina Smoothie

1 - 1.5 frozen banana

1 tsp spirulina powder

3 - 4 tbsp coconut milk from can

3/4 cup (adjust) almond milk

Chia Pudding

4 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch salt

maple syrup drizzle

Other Ingredients

granola for base

kiwis, scooped

coconut shreds

dried rose petals


1First prepare your chia pudding either overnight or at least 1-2 hours before consuming. Stir once in between if possible.

2For the smoothie, blend up smoothie ingredients and adjust thickness to your liking. Scoop out your kiwi or other fruit of choice.

3Layer everything or add to a bowl. Enjoy with favourite toppings!
