Spinach Artichoke Dip With Garlic Parmesan Bread
I recently decided to try to mix together a few recipes I have previously tried and I created this new and improved one. With some small tweaks, I have finally found the perfect mix of cheese, cream, and spinach to create a perfect dip for any occasion. This recipe is an easy to make, spinach artichoke dip with garlic parmesan bread.

10 oz. • box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and dried
14 oz. • can artichoke hearts, drained
2 cups • shredded parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons • minced garlic
2/3 cup • sour cream
1/3 cup • mayonnaise
8 oz. • block cream cheese, softened
3/4 stick • butter
3 teaspoons • minced garlic
1/4 cup • shredded or grated parmesan cheese
1Preheat oven to 375.
2Mix together parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts in a medium bowl.
3In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic.
4Combine both mixtures gently until fully incorporated.
5Evenly pour into a 8x8 pan or dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
6For the bread, cut into 1 inch pieces. Melt the butter and mix with the minced garlic.
7With a brush, evenly coat each piece of bread with the butter mixture. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and add to oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
8Serve the dip with the bread immediately.
