Spiked Chai

This is probably my favorite comfort drink. It's sophisticated and comfortable all at once- the brandy doesn't hurt either ;) I like to make it in a pint-sized mason jar since it is microwave safe and has fluid ounce markings for easy measurement. Skip the microwave and add ice for a refreshing summer drink. Enjoy with your favorite BBC show :)

Main Ingredients

4 oz chai mix (see ~ for a diy version)

4 oz soy milk (or your favorite plant-based milk)

5 . oz coconut milk (full fat or reduced fat)

5 . oz brandy


1Add the chai mix and soy milk to the jar/cup.

2Microwave for 1:30-2:00, depending on how hot you like it. Skip this step if you are making it iced.

3Add the coconut milk and brandy and stir well. Enjoy!
