Spicy Sriracha Shrimp & Brussels Sprouts

Preheat oven to 400. Mix together first 6 ingredients. Clean, remove tough stem and cut in half all of the brussels sprouts. Drizzle them in 3/4 of the mixture from above. Bake on a prepared baking sheet at 400 for 30 minutes, turning half way through. Meanwhile, douse shrimp in remaining mixture and sauté in a pan until opaque. Serve together and try not to pass out from the spice overlo. . .

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp sriracha

salt & pepper to taste

1/2 lb brussels sprouts

8 oz peeled deveined shrimp
