Ingredients:

1/2 bag of whole (in pod) edamame 10oz. bag (frozen)

1/2 tablespoon

3 drops of sesame oil (do not over do it! sesame oil is very potent in flavor! use it sparingly)

1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic (alternative: garlic powder)

1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste

1 tablespoon of (low sodium) soy sauce

1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce (alternative: crushed red pepper flakes) add more or less depending on how much spice you like.

pinch of salt and black pepper

2Coat your pan with the stir fry oil

3Add 3 drops of Sesame Oil

4Once oil is hot add your frozen Edamame

5Stir Edamame around and coat in oil

6Add your pinch of salt

7Heat through for about 2-3 minutes

8Add garlic and ginger and stir for 30-60 secs (don't let garlic burn)

9Add Soy Sauce

10Add Chili Sauce

11Add black pepper

12Stir around for another 30 seconds or so

13Remove from heat and place in bowl

Additional Notes

I like to taste one and see if I feel like I'm missing any flavors. I LOVE garlic, so I'll sometimes sprinkle some garlic powder over the top once plated. If you want to make the whole bag of Edamame just double up on the ingredients. Always remember to taste recreate and make it your own according to your liking!!!
