4 tb coffee
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tb maple syrup
1/2 c coconut milk
1 tb collagen
1Combine spices with coffee grounds, and then brew with 6-8oz of water (depending on how strong you want it)
2While coffee is brewing, combine coconut milk, maple syrup and collagen. Warm in microwave or saucepan to desired temp.
3Froth milk mixture with frother or immersion blender
4Pour milk into coffee
