Speedy Quick Microwave Granola Bar

If you have a microwave and 10 minutes, then you can make these chewy granola bars. And they will be delicious.

Main Ingredients

2 tb rolled oats

2 tb sunflower seeds (salted)

2 tb nuts, roughly chopped

2 tb dried fruit

1 tsp coconut oil, melted

2 tb honey


1Combine all ingredients.

2Microwave 2 minutes on High.

3Press into a sprayed, sandwich sized, square container.

4Let it cool.


Additional Notes

This recipe is for one serving, but you'll probably want more. Just adjust the number of servings and use a larger pan. To make this granola bar nut-free, just replace the nuts with an equal amount of sunflower seeds, oats, or fruit.
