Main Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted butter

2 eggs 3/4 cup white sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

2 - 1/4 cups white flour

2 cups semi sweet mini chocolate chips*

1Preheat Oven to 375F

2Whip butter until fluffy

3Add Eggs, sugars, and vanilla to the bowl and mix again until fluffy

4Add flour to the mixture one cup at a time, then add salt, and baking powder

5Mix in chocolate chips

6Roll dough into 1 TBSP sized balls and place on a baking sheet 2 Inches apart

7Bake for 10 Minutes, they will look under cooked. That's the trick to these yummy cookies!

Additional Notes

I prefer Mini chocolate chips in these cookies because I have found that using regular sized it sticks up out of the cookie and the batter spreads around it, making it a mess. For more great recipes, visit my blog at
