Main Ingredients

1 cup butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 1/4 cups all - purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 cup crushed oreo's

1/2 cup crushed peanut pieces

1 cup crushed ritz crackers

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Preparation

1Preheat the oven to 350°F and line three baking sheets with parchment paper.

2In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat together the butter until whipped. Mix in the sugars until well-combined. Then add the eggs while the mixer is running. Add the vanilla last. Mix until well combined.

3Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda to the mixture. Once the mixture is well combined, fold in the Oreo's, peanut pieces, Ritz crackers, and mini marshmallows with a spatula or wooden spoon.

4Use your hands to form 1" balls of dough and place on the prepared baking sheet, flattening slightly. Make sure you have a marshmallow in each cookie dough ball. Bake for 9-12 minutes, rotating pans halfway through baking. Cool on a wire cooling rack. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
