Main Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 block cream cheese

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained

8 oz fresh spinach leaves (washed! )

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

1Cub the cream cheese

2if you prefer a smoother dip, chop the artichoke hearts

3add all ingredients to your crock pot

4cover and cook on high for two hours

5stir

6serve with crackers, chips, and veggies

Additional Notes

I like to use small ramekin dishes for individual servings. You could use a larger one as part of a party platter.
