Slow Cooker Paleo Chicken No-tortilla Soup
Add chicken breast, taco seasoning, onion, garlic, peppers, chicken stock to slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours Remove chicken breast and shred with forks. Add chicken back into the slow cooker. Add lime juice. continue to cook on high for 1 more hour. Serve with cilantro and avocado.

2 1/2 pounds chicken breast
3 teaspoons of taco seasoning
1 large onion, diced
6 cloves garlic
2 jalapeno peppers, diced
2 poblano peppers, diced
2 quarts chicken stock
2 limes, juiced
cilantro and avocado for garnish
1Add chicken breast, taco seasoning, onion, garlic, peppers, chicken stock to slow cooker.
2Cook on high for 4 hours
3Remove chicken breast and shred with forks. Add chicken back into the slow cooker. Add lime juice.
4continue to cook on high for 1 more hour.
5Serve with cilantro and avocado.
Salt and pepper can be added when serving, or even hot sauce!
