Slow Cooker Light Pulled Pork
This is my simple, yet satisfying, pulled pork recipe. This is a product of at least 10 other attempts and I have honed a delicious AND somewhat healthy version of this BBQ staple. It's not slathered in sauce, but it's quite flavorful nonetheless!

1 tbsp worchester sauce
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1Using a 4 quart slow cooker/crockpot, place your pork tenderloin cut into the crockpot.
2I like to add the dry ingredients first, shaking them onto the meat.
3Then add the wet ingredients around the meat.
4I do this because the dry ingredients have some time to get acquainted with the meat before dispersing into the wet ingredients after turning the meat.
5Turn the meat once or twice during cooking. It will start to fall apart. NOTE: If you are going to be away from the slow cooker for all 8 hours, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and it will be just fine.
6At the end just use 2 forks to shred the pulled pork. Do it while it's still in the crockpot so it can absorb all those spices!
7Enjoy by itself or on a bun of your choice!
Bonus Tips: Use a crockpot liner for quick and easy clean-up! If you can find a pork tenderloin already seasoned with brown sugar, you don't have to add more.
