Skillet S'mores With Individual Portion Option
A rich, chewy, gooey, and sticky dessert that will take you back to those summer nights by the campfire. And with an individual serving recipe, they are readily available anytime you are craving something sweet!

2 cups walnuts
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 cups chocolate chips
1 Bag of vegan marshmallows (i prefer dandies brand)
1/2 cup walnuts
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp maple syrup
2 - 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup vegan marshmallows
1Preheat oven to 350F
2In a food processor, blend walnuts until a small crumble is formed. Add oats, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Continue to process until it resembles a smooth dough.
3In a medium skillet or round cake pan, press down the dough with the back of a spoon until flat and it is touching all sides. If you're making an individual portion, I recommend using a ramekin or a small oven safe bowl.
4Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown. Remove from oven and top with chocolate chips. Using a spoon, spread the chocolate chips around so they begin to melt. Once slightly melted, top with marshmallows.
5Put back in the oven for 2-3 more minutes. Turn the oven up to broil and broil for 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted. Be very careful because they can burn easily; just like if you're roasting a marshmallow at a campfire!
6Serve warm and be prepared because the marshmallows can be sticky!
