Main Ingredients

12 oz j. skinner harvest apple danish

12 oz j. skinner merry cranberry danish

3/4 cup flour

1/4 brown sugar

1/4 granulated sugar

pinch of salt

1/4 tsp cinnamon

3/4 stick unsalted butter

1Tear danish into small pieces and place in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish & set aside.

2In a bowl, mix flour, sugars, salt & cinnamon.

3Cut chilled butter into pieces and mix into flour mixture until it resembles breadcrumbs.

4Top casserole with mixture.

5Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until topping is a golden color & serve warm.

Additional Notes

If J. Skinner's Apple or Cranberry Danish is unavailable, feel free to substitute another J. Skinner Danish fruit variety. Using another brand of danish is discouraged as they lack the extensive lamination process & tend to be drier and can cause burning in your casserole dish.
