Simple Chia Pudding
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or similar sized container. Stir vigorously so chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let sit in fridge for at least 6 hours or over night until a gooey pudding consistency is reached.

2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp of your favorite protein powder (i used nuzest)
3/4 cup almond milk
cinnamon to taste
optional boosters: cacao powder, maca powder, vanilla extract, spirulina, matcha (depending on what flavor you want)
1Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or similar sized container.
2Stir vigorously so chia seeds are evenly distributed.
3Let sit in fridge for at least 6 hours or over night until a gooey pudding consistency is reached.
You MAY have to stir once half way through (after a few hours) if the chia seeds start to sink.
