Simple Banana Icecream
What an amazing moment when you realize that ice-cream can be made from Bananas instead of cream.
Prep Time: 00:00
Cook Time: 00:00
2 tbsp flavouring (coco powder, peanut butter, berries, etc ...)
1Peel the bananas and slice into 1/2" pieces; freeze for 2 hours.
2Place the banana slices in a food processor or powerful blender and puree! Use a tamper or scrape down the sides as needed. Puree until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add some flavouring and puree to combine. (don't over-blend or it will melt!).
Serve immediately for soft-serve ice cream consistency. If you prefer harder ice cream, place in the freezer for a few hours and then serve. Experiment with different flavours. Tell me your favorite combinations in the comment sections below.
