Main Ingredients

4 cups frozen watermelon

5 - 8 tbsp coconut milk (from can), adjust to taste

splash of coconut water or almond/oat milk



1Add watermelon, a few tbsp of coconut milk, plantbased milk and a splash of coconut water with ice. Blend.

2Taste and adjust, by adding more coconut milk to add an extra coconutty flavour.


Additional Notes

You don't necessarily need to chill the coconut milk in the fridge to thicken up.
