Spicy cast iron shrimp tacos

1 lb . shrimp, deveined and tails removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon adobo sauce from chipotles in adobo can (i use embasa brand)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1Combine all ingredients except the shrimp in a medium bowl and stir well
2Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let sit for 30 minutes
3Heat a cast iron skillet (or non stick skillet) over medium high heat.
4Add the shrimp to the pan and cook about 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.
5To make the cilantro lime crema, combine 1/2 cup sour cream, juice from one lime, pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of minced fresh cilantro in a bowl and stir to combine.
6To assemble your tacos: heat flour or corn tortillas, add shrimp, mango salsa, shredded cabbage and crema. Enjoy!!
To make these a little less spicy, omit the crushed red pepper and chipotle sauce and add an extra tablespoon of olive oil.
