2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1Combine all ingredients except the shrimp in a medium bowl and stir well

2Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let sit for 30 minutes

3Heat a cast iron skillet (or non stick skillet) over medium high heat.

4Add the shrimp to the pan and cook about 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.

5To make the cilantro lime crema, combine 1/2 cup sour cream, juice from one lime, pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of minced fresh cilantro in a bowl and stir to combine.

6To assemble your tacos: heat flour or corn tortillas, add shrimp, mango salsa, shredded cabbage and crema. Enjoy!!

Additional Notes

To make these a little less spicy, omit the crushed red pepper and chipotle sauce and add an extra tablespoon of olive oil.
