Amp up the classic nachos by adding shrimp. This quick recipe will wow them everytime!

16 oz jar processed cheese (i used cheez whiz)
8 oz sour cream
8 oz salsa (choose your preferred heat level)
3/4 lb cooked and peeled shrimp, diced
12 oz can sliced olives
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, diced
1/3 large red onion, finely diced
1Combine cheese, sour cream and salsa in a saucepan and stir gently over medium heat. As it melts and blends together, add shrimp.
2Arrange corn chips on a plate and ladle melted sauce over chips. Top with tomato, onion and olives.
Store in refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, microwave for 30 seconds, stir and microwave again for 30 seconds if needed.
