3 - 4 lb pork roast (pork butt is the best, stay away from the tenderloin)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 white onion, diced (about cup)
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1Cook your pork roast in a crock pot on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
2When done, clean off all of the fat and shred.
3Put your pork aside and discard the juice that's in your crock pot.
4Put the shredded pork back in the crock pot and add diced onions.
5Next add remaining ingredients.
6Stir together and cook another two hours on low (or until onion is cooked to desired texture.)
