Main Ingredients

3/4 cup brown rice flour

3/4 cup chickpea flour

2 heaping tbsp coconut flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

3/4 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp herbs de provence

1 egg 1 1/2 cup water

3 tbsp honey

Preparation

1Begin by preheating your waffle iron.

2In a large glass bowl, mix dry ingredients together ( brown rice flour through herbs de Provence). Whisk to combine. Set aside.

3In a medium bowl, combine the wet ingredients (egg through honey). Whisk to combine.

4Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Whisk to combine.

5Grease waffle iron with extra coconut oil before and between batches as necessary.

6When ready to cook, pour 1/3 cup batter (depending on what size waffle iron you have) into the iron and cook per your waffle iron's instruction book.

7Cook to your desired degree of doneness.

8Remove and place waffles on a wire rack to cool. Serve as desired. Enjoy!!
