Sauteed Sweet Potatoes, Kales And Egg White
This recipe is a combination of sweet potatoes,kales and egg white. It makes a great meal for breakfast for anyone who's trying to loose and maintain weight. 1 large sweet potato(peeled and sliced)
6 egg whites
1 cup kales.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
dash of black pepper
1Pre heat a medium skillet, add oil.
2Add egg white and a pinch of salt in the skillet.
3stir, let it cook a minute until the liquid part has solidified. Add a dash of black pepper.
4Remove from the skillet carefully and set aside.
5In a clean skillet, arrange sweet potatoes in a single and sautee with olive oil.
6Turn sweet potatoes and let them sautee on the other side until golden brown or tender.
7Add kales, stir for 2 minutes ,then remove from the heat carefully. Serve with egg whites.
