Sausage & Pepper Breakfast Pizza
Originally discovered during a Pampered Chef party, this simple, delicious breakfast pizza is great anytime of day! The surprise ingredient? Cream Cheese!

1/2 lb of ground sausage
1 red or green bell pepper, diced (fresh or frozen!)
2 tablespoons dried basil
4 oz cream cheese
16 pkg (oz) refridgerated grand - sized flaky biscuits
flour for dusting
1 cup grated cheese, divided
1Preheat over to 400 degrees.
2Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat until browned, adding peppers just before fully cooked. Drain, add basil, and set aside.
3Microwave cream cheese 15-20 seconds on medium power until softened & then whisk until smooth. Add in the eggs one by one, again whisking until smooth.
4Cut biscuits in half horizontally so you have 16 round biscuits. Place 12 overlapping in a large circle on a 15" pizza pan and then place the other 4 in the middle. Roll & press out the biscuits to connect them all, sealing up the edges & making your pizza's crust.
5Sprinkle half the cheese over the crust & then top with the sausage mixture. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the whole pizza and sprinkle with the remaining cheese & a little black pepper.
6Bake 17-19 minutes until center is set & edges are golden brown. Serve immediately!
