Main Ingredients

5 eggs 1/2 cup milk

1 can mushroom soup

1 can salmon

2 cups soft bread cubes

1 tbsp basil

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp salt


1Preheat Oven to 350F.

2Combine eggs, milk, soup and spices in a bowl.

3Flake canned salmon and add to mix.

4Grease a casserole dish and pour the mixture in.

5Place bread cubes evenly over top casserole. Gently press into liquid with a spoon.

6Bake for 40-50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese if desired and bake another 10 minutes.
