Rosemary And Avocado Hummus
Oh how we loved this super easy and fun snack! We kicked hummus up a notch and spruced things up a bit with the added avocado and fresh rosemary from our garden. You’ll want to always keep a few cans of garbanzo beans in the pantry to make our hummus! It’s so easy to make in a food processor, takes all of 5 minutes. We couldn’t stop dipping our carrots into this and you won’t be able to either!

1/2 cup of tahini
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, mashed and roughly chopped
1 15- oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained & rinsed
1 large avocado
2 - 3 fresh sprigs of rosemary, chopped
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1In a food processor, combine the tahini and olive oil and pulse until well mixed.
2Add the garlic, garbanzo beans, avocado, lemon juice, fresh rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Process until smooth. Add more salt or lemon juice to taste. Grab slices of pita or chopped vegetables to dip into your hummus. Garnish with rosemary and a sprinkle of paprika for extra pizazz!
