Root Veggie Smoothie
Blend all together in a smoothie Pour into a cup or bowl depending on consistency and drink or eat with a spoon like I like to :)

1/2 cup frozen, steamed butternut squash or sweet potato (you can buy it pre-steamed)
1/3 cup frozen fruit (i like pitataya/dragon fruit or half a frozen banana)
1 - 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (i used nuzest)
1/3 cup frozen cauliflower
handful of frozen greens (optional)
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1/2 - 1 cup of almond milk
1Blend all together in a smoothie
