Main Ingredients

1 1b grass-fed ground hamburger meat

1 1b spicy chicken sausage

1 1/2 large onion, peeled and chopped

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup corn

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

32 ounces chili beans (2 cans)

3 tablespoons chili powder

1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin

2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

1 cups chicken broth

2 cups roasted red chili pepper soup

add-ons:

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 cup greek yogurt

Preparation

1Pour the roasted red pepper soup, chicken broth, and 2 tbsp. EVOO in the slow cooker

2Add 1 1b grass-fed ground hamburger meat and 1 1b spicy chicken sausage to the crockpot, and use bear paw meat handlers or two forks if you don't have a set to break the meat apart.

3Drain any excess juices from the chili beans, and add both cans to the crockpot.

4Add chopped onion, celery, corn, and garlic to the crockpot, stir to combine.

5Add spices to the chili, and turn the crockpot on low. Once, the chili is almost ready to serve (6-8) hours later, taste the chili. You can adjust the taste by altering the spices as you see fit. Sometimes I add red pepper flakes, garlic powder, or a little bit of hot sauce.

6To top off the chili, serve alongside greek yogurt and/or parmesan cheese.
