Roasted Chicken And Veggies Sheet Pan Dinner

Spray down a sheet pan with your avocado spray. Place your butterflied chicken in the center with a few lemon slices on top. Spread your chopped veggies all around the chicken and spray everything down with your avocado oil so that it all gets nice and crispy! Sprinkle your seasoning evenly over chicken and veggies. Pop in the oven at 375 degrees for 60 minutes!

Main Ingredients

1 butterflied chicken (i used trader joe's spatchcocked lemon rosemary chicken)

1 chopped zucchini

1 chopped squash

1 cup mini heirloom or cherry tomatoes

2 cups fingerling potatoes chopped

sliced lemon

salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of paprika

1 tablespoon of trader joe's everyday seasoning (or any blend you love! )

1 teaspoon powdered garlic

chosen foods avocado oil spray

Preparation
