Main Ingredients

1 cup oats

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (i like the taste of honey the best)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips such as enjoy life brand

1/3 chopped pecans and walnuts (i used more walnuts)

1/3 chopped dried cranberries

1 tablespoon each of chia and hemp seeds

2 tablespoons almond meal or flour

pinch of salt


1Make sure your peanut butter is softened and mix all ingredients with your hands in a mixing bowl. Form into 1- 1.5 inch balls and store in freezer.
