Main Ingredients

base:

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup brazil nuts

1 cup of medjool dates

1 lemon zeist

filling:

1 cup cashews

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana

1 pinch cinammon

Preparation

1Mix everything for the base to a food processor and blend until you get a dough.

2Press the dough into the bottom of your glass or silicon form.

3Mix everything for the filling in the food processor and blend until smooth, then pour onto the base. Set in the freezer for 5 hours, then keep it in the fridge until serving. Bon appetit!
