Main Ingredients

1/4 box pasta, recommend bowtie, rotini, or penne

2 tbsp butter

1 clove garlic, or 1/2 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp italian seasoning

pinch onion powder

salt and pepper

grated parmesan cheese


1Fill a medium saucepan halfway with water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp Kosher Salt and pasta. Stir to prevent sticking. Cook until Al Dente, ~7 minutes.

2In a small skillet, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook until starting to brown slightly ~30-60 seconds.

3Add Italian seasoning, onion powder, add a pinch of salt and pepper to the butter.

4Drain pasta and return to saucepan. Add butter mixture to saucepan and toss to combine.

5Transfer pasta to serving plate and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
