Main Ingredients

1/2 cup water

2 cups of organic kale leaves, stems removed

1/3 cup walnuts

1/4 cup almonds

1/4 cup olive oil

1 large garlic clove

2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp nutritional yeast


1In a blender, combine all ingredients.

2Blend on high until smooth. Add more water, 1 tbsp at a time if needed to achieve desired consistency. If using as a dip or on pizza, you may want it to be thicker so use less water.
