Pumpkin Spiced Pb Cookie Dough Bites
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips and pecans) till uniformly incorporated. Then, add your wet ingredients, adding your sweetener and toppings last. 1/4 - 1/3 cup oat flour
1 cup protein powder (or oat flour)
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp pumpkin spice flavour
pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
1/3 cup peanut butter (non-stirred)
4 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp almond milk
1/4 - 1/3 cup maple syrup (or other natural sweetener)
1/3 - 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
2 - 3 tbsp crushed pecans (optional, but delicious)

If your dough is a bit too dry, you can add in a splash of almond milk. If you want it a bit sweeter, add a drizzle of syrup. If too wet, add in a little bit of flour.
