Pumpkin Spice Latte With Cinnamon Essential Oil

It's that time of year that the air starts to get crisper, so I decided to try out another drink recipe using essential oils - this time a warm beverage. This was my first time trying out the Starbucks Via Instant Pumpkin Spice Latte and I was pleasantly surprised! It has a subtle nutty & spiced flavour and is very simple to make (just add water).

‚ÄčIn order to incorporate the essential oil into this recipe, I created a decadent topping of whipped cream and added 1 drop of cinnamon essential oil that was combined with a teaspoon of honey as the carrier oil.

This drink was simple to execute and had a comforting aroma - perfect for an afternoon sipping session!
