Main Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin puree or fresh pumpkin

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ginger

a pinch of cloves

1 egg 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Mix ingredients together until blended.

3Pour into prepared pie shell.

4Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.

5Without opening the oven, reduce head to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

6Bake for 40 minutes.

7Let cool completely and serve.
