Big fan of apple butter, and tried pumpkin butter on my travels and had to make my own.

2 - 15 ounce cans pumpkin
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 - 2 tbsp. wild turkey american honey (depending how much bourbon flavor you want to come through)
1Add all ingredients into crockpot and mix.
2Cover and let simmer on low for 3 -4 hours, or until it becomes thick and smooth. Stir occasionally.
3Place into shallow dish and let it cool completely.
4Place in airtight container and store in refrigerator.
This will not get you drunk, all the alcohol cooks out.
