Vegetarian pulled pork made of jackfruit! The greener the better for the fruit to get that good stringy "porky" feeling.

5 cans of jackfruit, green and in water
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup vegetable broth
3 cups of bbq sauce
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Drain and rinse the jackfruit.
3In a large pan, saute oil and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
4Add in jackfruit and broth and continue to cook.
5Mash the mixture with a potato masher to make lots of stringy goodness.
6Add BBQ sauce, mix.
7Place on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
The first time I made this I used very ripe jackfruit which makes it very sweet. The greener the better.
