Praline Pumpkin Whole Grain Bread

1 cup bob's red mill buckwheat and pancake mix
1 can 100% pumpkin puree
2 eggs 1 tsp turmeric spice blend (we used golde turmeric blend)
1 tsp pumpkin spice (i used dak's)
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tbsp butter melted
1 handful of walnuts chopped
1 handful of pepitos
1Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
2line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
3In a large bowl mix the pancake mix, eggs, pumpkin puree, spices and the maple syrup together.
4Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
5Mix the brown sugar, butter, walnuts, pepitos and 1 tablespoon of the pancake mix in a bowl and sprinkle evenly on top of the bread mixture.
6Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until you can poke the middle with a skewer and it comes out clean.
7Cool completely before storing.
