Potato Soup With Essential Oils
My Mom always made homemade potato soup, and I have created a new spin on her recipe, adding some of my own twist. The new recipe taste fantastic!

6 chopped medium sized potatoes (chop into inch cubes)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
2 drops young living essential black pepper vitality oil
3 drops young living essential celery seed vitality oil
6 t butter
4 t flour
1 cup milk
1 t kosher salt
shredded cheddar cheese
1Sauté onion and in pan you are going to cook soup in (using 2 T butter).
2Add chicken stock and potatoes, cook for about 15 minutes until tender.
3DO NOT DRAIN.
4Mash a very SMALL amount, this will help thicken.
5Melt remaining 4 T butter melt in microwave in 4 c measuring cup for 30 sec (covered).
6Add 4 T flour & stir with fork.
7Slowly add 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup liquid from potatoes, stirring as you add with fork.
8Microwave for 1 minute, then stir & continue microwaving for a minute intervals until thick.
9Add to soup and stir.
10Heat & add about 1 t salt and Young Living Essential black pepper vitality oil and Young Living Essential celery seed vitality oil.
11Serve, topped with small amount of Cheddar Cheese and Oil Infused Hidden Valley Ranch Oyster Crackers.
