Pesto Pasta Sauce
In a food processor add garlic cloves, basil and/or spinach leaves, pine nuts/walnuts, olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved! Serve on pasta or zucchini noodles and enjoy.

2 cups of tightly packed basil leaves (or 1 cup of basil leaves and 1 cup of spinach leaves)

3 tbsp nutritional yeast

***Food processor works best for this recipe! Pine nuts can be replaced with walnuts! Spinach can be substituted for most of the basil this recipe calls for.
