Main Ingredients

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

4 tablespoons red pepper jelly

2 tablespoons finely minced shallot

1 teaspoon stone ground mustard

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


1Combine all ingredients into a mason jar or shaker. Shake vigorously until fully blended. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
