Pear & Ginger Muffins

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 6 hole nonstick muffin pan. Into a large bowl, add all ingredients together and stir gently until the mixture is just combined. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes (or until cooked through) then remove from the oven. 2 eggs 1 tbsp ground ginger

1/2 tbsp cinnamon
