Main Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp steel cut oats

2/3 cup almond milk

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp raw cacao powder

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp hemp hearts

1 tsp flax seeds

(optional: protein powder)


1Combine the peanut butter, cacao and a splash of almond milk in a bowl or mason jar and stir until mostly smooth.

2Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix together (if using protein powder, add in now).

3Add the rest of the almond milk, stir until combined. Cover with plastic wrap or replace the lid to the jar and put in the fridge overnight.

4In the morning give it a good stir and garnish with hemp seeds, banana slices, shaved coconut, or whatever else you fancy!
