Peanut Butter And "jelly" Smoothie
I love peanut butter and could easily eat it every day (and often do)! I remember taking peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for my school lunch growing up as well as simply eating a banana smeared with peanut butter. This smoothie combines all those tastes. The “jelly” part comes simply from finely chopped strawberries.

1 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana, peeled and frozen
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/2 - 3/4 cup milk (depending on how thick you prefer)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup, optional
3 tbsp finely chopped strawberries
1Finely chop the strawberries and set aside. In a blender mix the peanut butter, frozen banana, yogurt, milk and honey or maple syrup (if desired). Pulse on high until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and top with the strawberries.
