Party Perfect Red Potato Salad

I adore this potato salad! It's a crowd-pleaser and perfect for bringing to a BBQ or picnic. It's easy to make and the mustard and celery salt give it a delicious kick. If you don't have red wine vinegar, no problem! You can substitute 3 TB apple cider vinegar and 1 TB red wine and that makes the 1/4 cup you need! Enjoy!

Dressing

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tb dijon mustard

1 tb dried dill

1 tsp celery salt

pinch of salt and pepper

Salad

8 red potatoes

24 (or: baby red potatoes)

Preparation

1Boil potatoes and cook until fork tender (about 15 minutes). Let cool.

2Measure dressing and combine together.

3Cut up potatoes into small wedges and mix into dressing.

4Refrigerate 2 hours or more for best taste.
