Main Ingredients

2 ounces ginger beer, i like trader joe's ginger brew

4 ounces grapefruit juice

2 ounces lime seltzer, such as la croix

garnish with pomegranate seeds, raspberries or cranberries

1In a champagne flute or other fun class, pour ginger beer. Next add grapefruit juice. Finally top with lime seltzer. If you want to add extra pizzazz, plop a few pomegranate seeds or berries into your mocktail.

Additional Notes

If you don't love grapefruit, this would be mighty tasty with orange juice, too.
