Main Ingredients

2 cups pitted softened dates*

1 cup cashew butter

2 teaspoons dried ginger

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon dried clove

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon orange zest

2 optional teaspoons blackstrap molasses (omit for whole 30)


1Pulse dates in a food processor until a paste forms.

2Add remaining ingredients, blending until thick and ingredients are incorporated.

3Scoop onto wax paper, chill for 30 minutes, and serve.

4Store in airtight container in the fridge for 10-14 days.

Additional Notes

*Soak dates in hot water for 5 minutes to soften.
