Paleo Pumpkin Pie Shake

half banana, i like mine frozen
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened, unflavored protein powder
1 t apple butter
dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and vanilla
garnish with granola, dried cranberries, pomegranate seeds, and whatever floats your boat
1Combine all of the ingredients into your blender.
2Blend for about 20 seconds until creamy and smooth.
3Pour into two glasses and garnish as desired.
