Paleo Protein Cookies
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer or large bowl until a very wet dough forms. Form into cookies (I like to do 6 giant cookies but can do smaller and reduce cooking time). Cook on a prepared baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown. TRY not to eat the whole batch at once, but if you do, at least they're clean :)

1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp nut butter of choice
2 tbsp maple syrup/honey (or omit to keep it sugar-free)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops collagen peptides (i use further food-get your own with code start10)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp chocolate chips or other mix-ins of choice
sea salt sprinkled on top
